Start Theme 4 Unit: Personality
We will be looking at what different psychologist believe contribute to personality. In this class we will be introduced to the unit and how students will be assessed. Half of the students' unit mark will be an in class presentation while the other half is the final unit exam. Groups and topics have been assigned by the teacher.

Review of Meaning of Intelligence unit
In this class we broke up into groups to study for our unit exam and finish our open book assignment.
WISC-III test
The Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC), developed by David Wechsler, is an individually administered intelligence test for children between the ages of 6 and 16 inclusive that can be completed without reading or writing. The WISC takes 65–80 minutes to administer and generates an IQ score which represents a child’s general cognitive ability.
Subjects 16 and over are tested with the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS), and children ages three to seven years, three months are tested with the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence (WPPSI).
–Administered individually
–Full-scale IQ score: measures vocabulary, block design ability, number span, and ability of child to understand
–Children answer verbally AND perform tasks
–Revised several times to counteract cultural bias
–Adult version also available
